The staples used in the production of our menus items come from certified suppliers who comply with strict health regulations. In this way we are able to maintain food safety and the organoleptic profile of food. We have always been of the opinion that food quality and safety are essential values. That is why we carefully supervise every stage of food production, distribution and service that takes place in our restaurants. This scrupulous process ensures the supply of healthy and safe food to consumers. Our  daily concern is to meet all of our consumers' needs while we exceed all quality expectations. When customers eat in one of Panfocaccia’s restaurants, they must feel reassured that they are eating healthy, natural and safe food. For quality and customer service purposes, Panfocaccia employs internal and external professionals whose job is to verify the observance of all procedures. As part of our program, we employ the Mystery Shopper, whose role is to monitor the level of quality in each location: politeness, venue cleanness, customer waiting time, staff uniform tidiness, and food quality. Panfocaccia's value lies also in the comfort and comfortableness when spending time in one of our restaurants. To achieve this, we have applied many strategies. The result is a place of food excellence which is also a comfortable venue, where spending time alone or with family is a pleasurable time. Some of these strategies include:
    • Tables and trays larger than average size;
    • Larger and more comfortable chairs;
    • Lights designed for comfortable lightening;
    • Trays washed and sterilized regularly;
    • Tray covers;
    • Tables, floors and sanitary ware cleaned with sterile steam;
    • Radio station playing background Italian music.
